Michigan wine influencer Steve Salisbury of the podcast “If Vines Could Talk" interviewed Andrew a few months ago about the acquisition of Lawton Ridge, our family farming history, and the future plans for the winery. Steve Salisbury is a passionate, lifelong connoisseur of wine, particularly wines from Michigan. He grew up on a vineyard near Baroda, Mich. and still has an active vineyard there today. He’s a WSET Level 2 (sommelier) and regularly hosts talks on the history of winemaking in Michigan, hosts private wine tasting events, and hosts the podcast - If Vines Could Talk.
