Shaun
Head Wine & Cidermaker
Shaun’s passion for fermentation began over ten years ago and has evolved from beer to cider to wine. He has a degree from the KVCC Sustainable Brewing program and has worked at some of the most well known breweries and cideries in SW Michigan. LRW is the next step in his passion for fermentation. Shaun is a big fan of craft beer, hard cider, and dry white or red wine.

Andrew Schultz
Owner
Andrew’s childhood on the family farm shaped his passion for quality food and drink. After spending some time out of state after graduating from Michigan State University, he returned to his home of Michigan to help the family launch and operate Texas Corners Brewing Company in 2015. While not working, Andrew enjoys the great outdoors, gardening, and spending time with family. Andrew enjoys all wines, but especially higher acid whites and ciders.
